Phoenix Hypnotherapy Essex was conceived by Helen Holyoake-Ward after several years of a developing interest in the benefits of complimentary therapies and personal development strategies.
I undertook my own journey after many years as a wife and mother when I realised that it was time to return to full-time work. Wanting something different in my life I returned to full-time education and voluntary work to gain the knowledge, skills and experience I would need to fulfil my dream of working to support people to fulfil their dreams.
I continue to be inspired by and learn from the many teachers in my life not just through education but family, and the people I have met and got to know over time.
My experience of hypnotherapy and NLP training with Denise Collins of The Humming Bird Effect has enabled me to evolve and continually develop as a therapist with my own practice, Phoenix Hypnotherapy in Essex. I am incredibly privileged that people come to me so that I can pass on the tools that will help them overcome things in their life that prevent them from moving forward. |
